Aunt Diane - You must feed me more food!!
I think he ate everything on her plate. I am not sure if Aunt Diane even ate dinner or if she fed it all to Phillip. This is the most food I have ever seen him eat. I think he ate more than I did. Aunt Diane, I don't know how you are going to make enough food to feed all these boys, when they get a little older, in the summer. With Bob, Mike, Phillip and Hunter you are going to need another house just to keep their food in!
We are all planning on getting together with the kids this summer at Aunt Diane's. It is something we look forward to doing every year.
Phillips 1st Birthday
After everyone had cake all the kids opened their goodie bags. Bob and I had a few minutes to spend with our little 1 year old. This is one of the only pictures we have together with Phillip. Thanks again Cathy!!!
After presents and cake we all had a chance to catch up and talk. Then everyone had to go. Phillip got into his Jammies and was able to snuggle with the family. He made his rounds and loved on everyone in the house. Since he loves brunettes so much he loved on Aunt K.K twice! You can see in the bottom middle picture he was very tired from his big day. I wonder why he didn't cry with anyone else? He must have known we were going to put him to bed!
Phillip's 1st Birthday
Phillip got so many nice presents. He plays with them everyday! He moves the animals up and down on the present Debbie and her family got him. He loves to hold onto his dog that Grandma and Grandpa got him. He likes it when it sings to him. He has a great wardrobe thanks to Kevin, Monique and Liam. He bought a new baby Einstein video with his gift card from Brian and his family. He sleeps with his bear Aunt K.K. got him. He chews on the blocks everyday that the Lyons got him and he will be sporting some trendy trunks at the beach because of them. He plays for hours with his train that Mrs. Miller got him. He will be the smartest baby in town with his new leap frog leap pad that Uncle Mike, Aunt Katherine and the girls got him. He likes to push the shapes a lot. He plays with his bubbles for hours. His sister got him those. His brother made sure he will be a country boy. His brother got him John Deer toys. We would like to thank each and everyone of you for such generous gifts!!!
Phillip had to have a long drink after eating his cake. Take a look at the pictures of the cake you will see why he needed to drink so much. He had a whole cake to himself!
This is Phillip as he tears into his cake. He made such a mess!! Grandma made the cake just for him and it was a beautiful cake. Phillip enjoyed every last crumb. Who couldn't love a face like that!! What a ham.
Phillips gifts from Grammy and Grandad
Phillip was able to open Grammy and Grandad's presents the 2 days before his birthday party. He was very excited and played with the puzzle, cars and books all night long and all the next day. We didn't let him play with the piggy bank b/c it was ceramic. Phillip really likes books a lot and loves the book with the mirror on it. He likes to twirl it around. He mostly chews on the cars but carries them with him around the house as he crawls from place to place. He likes to take the puzzle pieces and use them as symbols and bang them together. Thank you for the beautiful gifts that you chose for him!

Molly and Hunter's Science Fair Projects
Science Fair Time!!!
Hunter worked on his project with his dad. They spent 2 weeks on the project and had a great time working together. Hunters project was - Does Ice Melt Faster in Air or Water? - he put ince in different types of water and on different surfaces and used a stop watch to time how fast it melted. Thanks to grandma Peggy and her printing business Hunter had a ton of clorful paper to put his information on. Hunter received a 100% on his project. This was Hunter's first project and Chris' first project as a dad. They both made it through with flying colors. GREAT JOB HUNTER!!!
Molly and her mom completed her science fair project together. Molly did a great job! She did so well that she received the highest grade in the class! Her project was on apples - Which Apples Have More Seeds?- She bought apples and cut them in half and counted the seeds and made graphs to show the results. She also typed all the information herself. Great job Molly! WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!
Phillip 11 months
This month Phillip has learned to clap when he is happy, blow kisses, say Casey and Dolly and climb. He still does not want to walk
yet. That is alright, we would like to keep him a baby a little while longer. He has received his first Birthday presents. They were from The Fletchers - Michelle, Scott and Anna. Michelle is in the picture with Phillip. He opened a John Deer tractor, clothes, blocks and a beach ball. He loved them all but played with the tractor for hours. Thanks Fletchers!!
Molly and Hunter went out and bought his presents yesterday they had a great time going through the baby toys. All the kids are looking forward to the party this weekend. It looks like it will be a big hit. Over 25 people will be there. My Brother and Todd are coming all the way from WV for the event. We cannot believe that he is turning one already. We added a copy of the invitation to the blog too.
