Beach Time

We headed down to the beach to see if Phillip would follow in his brother and sisters footsteps and love the water! Sure enough he did! The waves knocked him down a few times but he didn't seem to care. He loved being in the water and the sand. He played for hours. We enjoyed watching him and so didn't everyone else on the beach. A lot of people kept telling us how surprised they were that he was so happy to be in the water. He had a great time. Now we just hope he stays that way! Posted by Picasa

Strawberry Festival

This is the first time Bob or I have been to the Strawberry Festival. We really enjoyed it. A lot of good food and fun attractions. A very country setting so you know I loved it!
Phillip was able to pet a lot of live stock and look at a lot of military equipment up close
He was very happy to be able to get out and walk around with the animals.  Posted by Picasa

Strawberry festival

Here are some more picture of the festival. Bob wanted to make sure Phillip was on a coast guard ship like his Grandad and in a Hummer like his Uncle Mike. He was also sprayed by the fire department! We had a great day!  Posted by Picasa

The kids skip school

Aunt Brandy came in for a week and I let the kids skip school and we headed to Busch Gardens. We spent the whole day! Phillip really enjoyed himself. His big brother took him on a lot of rides. Thank goodness he did. I get sick riding the slow rides. The kids were able to see one of the horses up close and get their picture taken with him. They road a lot of water rides too! We had a great day together. At the end of the day we met Chris and Hunter headed to WV for the rest of the holiday weekend. He was very excited to miss 2 days of school. Posted by Picasa

Phillip takes a dip

This was Phillips first swim of the summer. He was very happy to have his own pool. He played in it for hours. He had a blast and so didn't the dogs. He really enjoyed splashing around in the pool. Hopefully he will have a real one next year! Posted by Picasa

Hunter's MVP game

What a game Hunter had! He almost hit a home run. He does not run that fast due to his asthma and his size 8 1/2 mens shoes but when he hit the ball he made it to third. If he could run faster it would have been a home run. His second up to bat he hit a double and was the only player in the 3rd inning to hit the ball. He was catcher and got a kid out at home plate!

He was very tired after this game! Posted by Picasa

Molly's softball season - spring 2006

Molly has a really great coach this year. She is having one of the best seasons ever! She hit a double during this game. She is the youngest on her team but you would never know she hits better than half of them!

Phillip helps decorate

Phillip wanted to help us redecorate his sisters room. He tried to move the bed by himself. As you can see he was very tired after he moved the bed. We had to make a trip to the emergency room this day because there was a piece of glass in the carpet in Molly's room. Phillip was crawling around while I was in there and his had was cut by the piece of glass. They could not stitch his hand because his skin is so thin so they used super glue to hold it together and it is much better know. He definately scared us though. That is the most blood I hope to ever see on any of my children! He was so strong. He only cried initially, when he was cut. He never cried at all during the next 2 hours of x-rays, cleaning, holding pressure on his hand etc, that the ER put him through. They were very thorough, gentle and kind.

Bob turns 38!

Bob had a great birthday. Here are the pictures from when the kids gave him their gifts. Molly bought him two shirts, Hunter bought him a new wallet and Phillip bought him pants and socks to go with Molly's shirts. Unfortunately because of all the kids sporting events we were unable to have a party this year but Bob still had a great time with the family. :) He wants to thank everyone for the wonderful cards and generous gifts. He really appreciates them all.  Posted by Picasa

Hunter becomes the catcher for his baseball team

Hunter has had a great hitting season and at the last game they decided to try him out as catcher. He did such a great job that they are going to keep him in that position for the rest of the season. Great job Hunter we are so proud of you!! Posted by Picasa

Phillip 13 months & Hunter with his best friend.

Here is some pictures of Phillip - 13 moths old. He learned so much this month! He took his first steps and waived bye bye. He is such a happy baby unless he looses sight of his mother. We are still working on the seperation anxiety.

Hunter wanted to run through the sprinkler and Casey could not let Hunter go alone. Hunter and Casey both ran through the sprinkler and then decided to rest on the chairs out back.
