Look who is turning 2!

Phillip is turning two and he is definately going through the terrible two's - Pretty soon he is going to think his name is Stop - No - Dont!
I was able to capture the true Phillip the other day and couldn't help but post it on the blog for all to see!

Birthday presents already?

Phillip received his first birthday present today - he got a play tent from Nana and Pappy - he loves it and decided he was going to sleep there as well and drug a blanket, pillow and cup in to it and laid down.

He was very surprised to see how big it was when he first saw it - he kept saying - ooohhh - wow!













He kept going in and out - in and out - until he decided to make a bed out of it.

What a beautiful day!

Phillip and I really enjoyed being at home together today - it was so nice out 82 degrees - we decided to have lunch outside.

I built a deck a few weeks ago and Phillip loves sitting in the Adirondack chairs and watching the dogs run around the yard.



















We went out and bought a huge ball at Wal-Mart and he played with that ball for over 3 hours that day.

Science project 2007

The kids both had a great science project and received A+ on their projects.
Molly's project was does ingredients matter when you bake a cake - she baked two cakes one with eggs one without and found out that if you dont use eggs the cake does not taste very good and is very tough. Molly's teacher said she really understood the whole project and was very proud of her.
Hunter's project was Do colored candles burn faster than White candles - he found out that the colored ones do and that the fire must react to the dye more and burn the candle faster. His teacher said it was one of her favorite projects of all times. We are very proud of both of their accomoplishments.

Phillips first hair cut

Phillip finally had his first hair cut and to our surprise he sat perfectly still and loved the lady that was cutting his hair - he was so amazed at all the things she was doing to him and loved the spray bottle - he giggled everytime she sprayed him with it.

The kids were all dressed up for their pictures on this day - they looked so nice I had to get a quick picture myself before they went to school.

For Hunter's birthday present we all bought him tickets to the circus - we were able to get second row seats and had a great view of all the events that took place

The first picture is Phillip getting very excited about going to the circus - he didnt move the whole 2 hours we were there - he was so excited to se everything - Hunter and Molly really enjoyed themselves and ate a lot of junk food - they both received cups and Phillip got a hat.

Hunter was selected out of the crowd to join the clowns down on the floor for their performance.

He was really excited that he was selected and had a great time performing with them - what a birthday present huh?

Hunters 9th birthday party

Hunter had a great birthday party - we went back to laser quest and had a great time - he really enjoyed having his friends and family there.

His theme was Pirates of the Caribbean - he wore a shirt that said "Happy Birthday Captain Hunter Tatterson" - all of his friends really had a really great time as well.

Phillip was so excited to have a whole cupcake - Molly really enjoyed playing laser tag!
