Pappy had to help Phillip with his. He wanted to take Hunter's candy instead of his own.
As you can see both boys are having a great time in WV!!
This blog is for our children and family - we want to make sure the kids have a keepsake of their childhood that will last forever and that everyone in our family can be envolved in what the kids are doing even though they may live far away. We have also added our favorite links to local bands, our Church and Magic Hat Brewery - Bob's Uncle is the president of the company.
Phillip was very happy to see his Nana and Pappy.
Hunter and Pappy road around on the John Deers and cut the first grass of the season.
As always Hunter wanted to stay another week but we had to leave. He was not happy about that.
Phillip was a little apprehensive at first. That only lasted for a few minutes. Once he got a taste of Grandma's cake he was hooked. There was no stopping him. My friend Cathy Lyon took most of these pictures. She did such a great job! Thanks Cathy.
After everyone had cake all the kids opened their goodie bags. Bob and I had a few minutes to spend with our little 1 year old. This is one of the only pictures we have together with Phillip. Thanks again Cathy!!!
You can see in the bottom middle picture he was very tired from his big day. I wonder why he didn't cry with anyone else? He must have known we were going to put him to bed!

Who couldn't love a face like that!! What a ham.

yet. That is alright, we would like to keep him a baby a little while longer. He has received his first Birthday presents. They were from The Fletchers - Michelle, Scott and Anna. Michelle is in the picture with Phillip. He opened a John Deer tractor, clothes, blocks and a beach ball. He loved them all but played with the tractor for hours. Thanks Fletchers!!
Molly and Hunter went out and bought his presents yesterday they had a great time going through the baby toys. All the kids are looking forward to the party this weekend. It looks like it will be a big hit. Over 25 people will be there. My Brother and Todd are coming all the way from WV for the event. We cannot believe that he is turning one already. We added a copy of the invitation to the blog too.
